Extension build
How it works
Home consultation
We’ll come to you, discuss your architectural plans and the kind of finish and extension you’d like to build. While we’re there we’ll discuss all the options when it comes to bifolds, sliders, roof windows, kitchens, flooring and landscaping so you are completely informed right from the start.
Cost plan
Within two weeks of your Home Consultation we’ll produce a detailed Cost Plan for your project. This document will include construction costs and detailed costs for every aspect of your project, including glazing, kitchen, flooring, bathrooms, tiling, landscaping and smart home elements.
Pre build
If you need us to, we can organise building regs plans, structural calculations, party wall and building control. We’ll discuss how we can help on this front during the home consultation so that all quotes and partner companies we work with are prepared.
Interior design
Before the build starts or soon after, our interior designer will come to you and work their magic, helping bring all your finishes together to create your dream space. This service is optional, so no worries if you don’t require it.
